The other palace — your hotel — is as exquisite as those in the surrounding area. At Hôtel Aoriste, breakfast in the convivial ground-floor lounge offers the ultimate in morning culinary delights. We serve products delivered directly from Tremblaye agro-ecological farm, with organic eggs and dairy produce, as well as the famous Pavé de Paris, farmhouse goat’s and cow’s milk cheese, reconnecting with pure, authentic flavours. Our savoury or sweet cakes, concocted as the chef’s fancy takes him, are all homemade. And speaking of sweet recipes, our madeleines are fresh from the oven. The selection of bread and Viennese pastries are hard to resist, as is the fruit, always in season.

Between visits, you can fit in two appointments. By the fireplace and library, you will enjoy the company of others. The honesty bar at Hôtel Aoriste is an opportunity to take a quiet break with a decidedly French accent. The menu is an appealing treasure trove of fine wines and select vintages from small producers, with an array of red, white and rosé wines. French gin and vodka are also available, not to mention special cocktails and mocktails.
